The purpose and intent of the Wellington Homeowners Association Board of
Directors is to build community among the homeowners within the Wellington
development, encourage equity growth within the development properties,
support improvements to those properties through interpretation and
enforcement of the restrictions of record and approve of modifications and
improvements within those restrictions.
10/21/13 Councilmember Mossotti received information from Columbia Gas this morning that within the next few days Columbia Gas and its contractor will begin relocating the natural gas main on Clays Mill Road between Vincent Way and Delzan Plaza , across from Jesse Clark Middle School .
Columbia Gas has been working closely with the Clays Mill School to insure as little disruption as possible to their operations.
Later, likely in mid-November, the work will move to the Clays Mill Road and Wellington intersection where the natural gas pipeline relocation work will continue.
Cable Television Franchise Agreement Public Hearings
(Nov. 25, 2013 – Lexington , Ky. ) The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government will conduct two public hearings regarding the cable television franchise of Time Warner Cable. The purpose of the hearings is to identify the future cable-related community needs and interests and review the performance of Time Warner Cable under its franchise. All interested parties will be given an opportunity to speak at the hearings. Public meeting dates are as follows:
